Direct Independent Care's approach is simple: we work very hard to match the right carers to the right clients so their independence can be maintained as much as possible while receiving all the very best support & help they need.

Over the last 20 years we have built up an unrivalled reputation for providing first-class care for service users with complex needs. Where packages have broken down we have often been called upon to come in and take things over. Of course, we excel in providing care for clients with relatively straight forward requirements too. We tailor each package around the client's individual needs offering complete care while preserving their dignity & promoting their independence.

All our carers are DBS checked and receive continual training throughout their time at Direct Independent Care. We undertake spot checks & audits to ensure the clients are receiving the best care possible. We also keep an open line of communication with our service users so if they have any concerns, night or day, we can address them straight away.

The services we provide (but are not restrictive to) include personal care, preparation of light meals, helping with eating, medication administration, housework, outreach, wakening care / sleepover, personal tasks, arranging shopping needs etc.

At present we are an approved spot provider with Hillingdon Social Services, a contractor with the NHS (for some of their more complex packages) and have a good number of direct payment / private clients too. The areas we currently cover include Hillingdon, Richmond upon Thames & Buckinghamshire.
