we have a number of staff that are trained to level 3, 4/5 in care and level 7 in leadership. All our staff are enrolled for the care certificate as well as continuous mandatory training.

The continuous training policy at Direct Independent Care ensures that we deliver the highest quality of care according to the government standards.

All our staff are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, handling of medication, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all care workers will be awarded the care certificate following training on commencement of employment. Those that have already attained a NVQ II in Health and Social Care will renew mandatory training accordingly. We also have a good number of senior carers having trained to Level III.

Direct Independent Care delivers care and support to a variety of people across Buckinghamshire, Hillingdon and Surrey CC who would like to remain independent in their own homes. We provide a wide range of services such as personal care, shopping and companionship, whilst others require more complex care such as intensive care and support care services.

For people with physical disabilities or sensory impairment, even the simplest of tasks can become a challenge. We strive to promote independence by offering choice, control, and the freedom to live a fulfilled life. Whatever the types of care or support you require, we can help.

We have professionally trained experienced staff who are DBS checked and who are the forefront of our business.
