At Direct Independent Care we are committed to providing the best quality service that help people with care at home when they are ill, disabled, recovering from illness or surgery. We offer a high quality personal care, which represents excellent value for money.

The work of our care workers range from every aspect of personal care and home management for service users with high needs (e.g. bathing, toileting, dressing, laundry, meal preparation, housework, bills paying etc), to daily monitoring and general support for those who are managing to meet much of their own care needs (e.g appointments, prompting to take medication, mobility and functional task assistance, general living support).

Our personal care assistants and support workers are directly employed by us and are continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date. We recruit & train local people to deliver local services.

Direct Independent Care's most valuable assets are the Workers. For this reason, all staff members are involved in the development of service policies, as required, in order for them to have a better understanding of what is expected of them in practice.
