The continuous training policy at Direct Independent Care ensures that we deliver the highest quality of care according to the government standards.
All our staff are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care. We also have a good number of senior carers having trained to Level III.
Direct Independent Care delivers care and support to a variety of people across Hillingdon, Richmond upon Thames and Buckinghamshire who would like to remain independent in their own homes, living independently or in accommodation of their choice. We provide a wide range of services such as personal care, shopping and companionship, whilst others require more complex care such as intensive care and support care services.
For people with physical disabilities or sensory impairment, even the simplest of tasks can become a challenge. We strive to promote independence by offering choice, control, and the freedom to live a fulfilled life. Whatever the types of care or support you require, we can help.
We have professionally trained experienced staff who are CRB checked and who are the forefront of our business.
